COTTAGE*** A charming, typical farmhouse situated in a quiet hamlet in
the Ardens, just outside Erezee. Beautiful surroundings and very nice
view. A lot of space inside and outside.
Inside: a large well-equipped kitchen with a stove and two sitting-rooms
with comfortable sofas, TV and DVD player, a children’s play corner
and 4 bedrooms. A child’s cot and chair are also available. Bedlinnen
can be provided on request.
The big garden (600m2), in which you can find a pond and a swing , is
surrounded by a fence. There is a large terrace on the south, partly covered,
with garden furniture and BBQ.
In the neighbourhood, a lot of activities: local shops (1km), beautiful
walks and hikes in the wood (500m), mountain- bike riding, cross -country
skiing (15km), kayaking and watersports on the Ourthe in the season, castles
in Durbuy (smallest town in the world), La Roche, caves in Hotton, Golf
course in Durbuy (13km).

Not included: central heating (7.5 euro a day in winter) ,electricity
according to consumption.
